The death of a significant person represents one of the most powerful disruptions in all aspects of a child’s emotional existence. Yet few adults receive formal guidance on how to support children experiencing the dying or death of someone in their lives.

In this day-long workshop grief therapists from the AWC team will share innovative strategies and resources that can be used to support children who are grieving the dying or death of someone in their life. Practical tips, tools, and approaches will be shared for both those who have brief encounters with grieving children and those who play an ongoing role in their lives.

Registration cost is $165 CAD + HST (13%)

Registration includes access to the event recording for 30 days after the live event.

If you would like to register a group of five or more people, we can offer discounts of 15-25% per person. We also offer ten "pay what you can" registrations. For either of these options please contact Swetha at education@awcgrief.com.

Please note that while we welcome anyone who is supporting grieving children either personally or professionally, this webinar is relatively fast-paced. Those who are currently processing their own grief deeply may prefer to watch the recording at their own pace.
